Refund policy

We have a 72-hour guarantee policy, which means your payment will be fully refunded if we have not delivered your copy within 72 hours working hours of receipt of the brief. Weekend days are not included in the guarantee. 

If we miss the 72 hour window, you will get a full refund and will still receive your copy as promised.

The guarantee clock will start once the brief is sent back to us and we acknowledge receipt. If a brief is received on Friday after 6PM Gulf Standard Time, the clock will start at 9AM Monday morning.

We allow for two rounds of revisions as part of your purchase but these revisions do not fall into the 72-hour guarantee. They will be handled as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders that are not off the menu are not eligible for the 72-hour guarantee and are not eligible for refunds.
