Questions About This Service
Which Arabic do you write in?
Modern Standard Arabic by default. Where it suits your audience better, we write in White Arabic, a neutral dialect that is widely understood across the region. Tell us your preference in the brief.
Can I get a subheadline too?
A subheadline is not included as standard, but you can request one in the brief (a small extra cost applies). If you would like to know the thinking behind each option, ask and we will add a short note explaining it.
Can I use an Arabic headline alongside English content?
Yes. Getting your headline and CTA right in Arabic can improve performance with bilingual audiences, even when the rest of your page is in English.
What if I need changes?
Every order includes two rounds of revisions. Tell us clearly what you would like changed and we will take care of it. Requests beyond two rounds, or changes to the original scope of the brief, are treated as a new project.
Do I own the copy?
Yes. Once we have received full payment, you own the copy we deliver, including all intellectual property rights in it. You are free to publish, edit and adapt it however you choose.
